Well it is that time of year again where we are looking for inventory to take to the Spring Life Cottage Show in Toronto. I went to this show last year and meant some very serious buyers for our area. Also the show is a great place to take the whole family with all the different vendors, food, swag, shopping who knows what unique item you may find to bring home. Last year when I went there was a company that was selling BBQ’s and man did I ever get an eye opener regarding outdoor cooking experiences. I mean there were LED lights everywhere and why not?? What a whole new cooking experience for summer. They had several outdoor activity options for the outdoor enthusiast and even things for your pet, great place to check out!
This is such a great opportunity to market your property to people looking in our specific area to re-locate or finally get on the water. Several buyers are looking for fixer uppers, move in ready or vacant land to build their own dream get away. Either way
